- 摘要：探讨PG490在EAE中的干预作用及作用途径 方法 把45只SD大鼠随机分为3组即正常对照组，模型组及PG490干预组。分别采用免疫组化及ELISA的方法观察NF－κBp65 及COX-2的含量变化，同时观察干预前后临床学评分及病理变化。结果 PG490干预后模型鼠临床评分及病理学的变化均较干预前有所改善；干预前后NF－κBp65 及COX-2的含量变化相比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论 PG490能够减轻EA…
